1 Sign up online
Get started with Smart MailScan™ by creating your account at namecentury.us/app. The process is quick — plans start at $10 per month (Starter), with Standard and Premium for scan-to-PDF. After signup, select a tick xanh location and mailbox plan. See full pricing.
2 Choose your address
Choose a real suite address from our approved locations directory — franchise offices with a tick xanh badge. Each customer receives a unique mailbox ID at that office. You can add multiple locations under one account if you need personal and business mail at different cities.

3 Activate your account
To activate your mailbox, submit a completed USPS Form 1583 (CMRA). This authorizes your location partner to receive mail on your behalf, as required by the United States Postal Service. Complete identity verification in the app — each recipient name needs its own 1583. Your partner office can guide you through notarization if needed.
4 Receive your mail
Provide your new suite address and mailbox ID to banks, IRS, vendors, and anyone who sends you mail or packages. Items arrive at the partner office counter. Staff log each piece and, per your plan, scan the outside label or prepare the envelope for full-content scanning.
5 View your mail online
Partner staff scan mail → export PDF → upload via the Smart MailScan™ agency tool. The PDF appears in your INBOX within seconds. You receive an email, an in-app Messages alert, and an audible chime. Open INBOX to see sender, date, page count, and the PDF at namecentury.us/app.
6 Manage your mail
You have full control online: open PDF, archive, or trash each item. Request counter pickup at the partner office, or schedule local delivery within 10–20 miles via NameCentury drivers (NC.LD). Forwarding and secure shred options depend on your plan and location policy.
7 Access anywhere, anytime
Manage mail remotely from any device — desktop or mobile browser. Travelers, remote workers, and small businesses keep one INBOX for personal and LLC mail. Subscribe at multiple tick xanh offices when you need presence in more than one city.
8 Enhance security
PDFs are stored securely with presigned access links. Only approved agencies (tick xanh) receive mail on your behalf. Account login uses NameCentury authentication; partners follow USPS CMRA rules with audit trails in the Smart MailScan portal.
9 Additional services
